When I received the clear acrylic cube box with lid it seemed to big so I messaged the seller about return or exchanging. I did not want my money back only to provide my customer with an amazing look at her home. I sent pictures showing that I had not unwrapped the items at all. I had Only opened the box. I was told by the seller I could not return because my purchase was a custom item. I did not order custom, I ordered this acrylic box as a stock item. I took the acrylic box to my clients home to install yesterday. My plan was to just try to make it work. I placed her grandfathers old military hat on the acrylic stand (stand ordered from a different seller) and placed the stand with hat in the box. It looked oaky. But....THE LID DOES NOT FIT PROPERY!!! AWUL DESIGN, AWFUL Customer Service!
