Here are some simple steps to cut your own plastic sheets, DIY style! You can do this for acrylic, plexiglass, and polycarbonate materials.

First, you buy a large sheets of a plastic of of your choice. Keep the protective film on.

Second, measure how much you want to cut. You can take a permanant marker and map out where you want to cut on top of the protective film.

Next, you rev up the power saw and carefully ease the sheet along where your markings.

After that, if the measurement is just a tad off, you can run the piece on a router.

And finally you're done!
